Breakfast smoothie, which is quite nutritious and can also be used as a very healthy dessert. And it tastes like pumpkin pie. It can be prepared the night before, stored in the refrigerator, but also when preparing in the morning, it will not take much time.

Piezīmes
You can use store bought pumpkin puree in a can (use one who is 100% pumpkin product), or you can prepare your own pumpkin puree in advance. To make pumpkin puree, you need a small sugar pumpkin. Cut it in a half and remove all seeds. Put both halves with cut side down on a baking sheet who is lined with a parchment paper. Pierce pumpkin skin a few times with a fork or knife so while it is baking it have a place where to let steam escape. Place it in the oven heated to 220°C and bake for ~1h (without changing their positions). Then remove pan from the oven, let the pumpkin cool completely. Remove peel, put pumpkin in to the kitchen blender and blend it well.
Peel a banana, cut it into slices and freeze it in advance.
From the indicated ingredients, you will get ~850ml smoothie, which you can serve to 2-3 people.
You can use other milk drinks or milk instead of rice milk, but if you want the smoothie to be lactose-free, I recommend using rice, almonds, coconut or soy milk.
To have a gluten free smoothie, use gluten free oats.
