Lai nebūtu jādomā par kuņģa nosiešanu un saldais būtu patīkami viegls… Ierastais Panna Cotta deserts jaunā izpildījumā, ar mazāku tauku saturu, jo netiek izmantots saldais krējums. Apelsīnu miziņas desertam piešķirs svaigu garšu.

JOGURTA PANNA COTTA

Sastāvdaļas

8 ēd.k. rīsu pienu
4 ēd.k. cukuru (pie piena/jogurta)
8 želatīna lapiņas
1l bezgaršas, bezlaktozes jogurtu
3 apelsīnu miziņas (rīvētas)
1 ēd.k. apelsīnu ekstraktu
700 gr zemenes, mellenes vai avenes (maltas)
1 citronu
1 ēdamkaroti cukuru (pie ogām)

Pagatavošana

  1. Katliņā ielej rīsu pienu un pievieno cukuru. Uz mērenas temperatūras, katliņa saturu uzkarsē, kamēr cukurs ir pilnībā izkusis (karsējot, katliņa saturu apmaisīt, lai palīdzētu cukuram izkust). Kad cukurs izkusis un katliņa saturs sāk vārīties, to noņem no plīts;
  2. Želatīna lapiņas iemērc aukstā ūdenī un ļauj tām nedaudz uzbriezt. Tad, nospiežot lieko šķidrumu no tām, lapiņas pievieno karstajam piena/cukura šķidrumam. Saturu izmaisa, lai lapiņas šķidrumā izšķīstu. Ļauj 10 minūtes atdzist;
  3. Pēc 10 minūšu atdzišanas, piena šķidrumam pievieno jogurtu, apelsīna miziņas un ekstraktu. Visu labi samaisa;
  4. Iegūto jogurta masu iepilda glāzītēs un liek ledusskapī atdzist un saželēt (aptuveni 2 stundas, vai kamēr jogurts pilnībā saželējis);
  5. Lai pagatavotu ogu mērci, ogas ievieto blenderī, pievieno cukuru un no citrona izspiestu sulu. Visu labi samaļ;
  6. Kad jogurts saželējis, to izņem no ledusskapja, pārlej ar ogu mērci un pasniedz sev un viesiem.

Piezīmes

Ja vēlies iegūt slīpu deserta dalījumu starp jogurta pamatni un ogu mērci, tad, iepildot glāzes ar jogurta masu, tās turi aptuveni 45° lenķī un tādas tās arī nostiprini atdzišanai ledusskapī. Kad masa glāzē atdzisusi un saželējusi, glāzi var ierasti nolikt uz galda un pildīt ogu mērci.

Bezlaktozes jogurta vietā var izmantot jebkuru bezgaršas jogurtu.

Did you knew that cheese crackers have magic power Did you knew that cheese crackers have magic powers?! Oh, you would be surprised! They can disappear without any notice! At least mine did! I put them in a safe spot, to have a photoshoot later for a recipe, and 3 days later, when I was ready to shoot, they were gone! Just like that! That is magic, right?! Or do I blame my dad, who asked me later - do you still have these damn tasty crackers?! 😅🙈 Yes, I had to make new batch, for this pic! 🤷‍♂️ That's the real struggle for a food blogger! Haha!
