Krēms, kurā izteikti sabalansēta riekstu un šokolādes garša. Pagataošana aizņem vien 25 minūtes, tas ir piemērots vegāniem, nesatur glutēnu un laktozi. Bet pats labākais – tā ir gardāka, veselīgāka alternatīva veikalos esošajiem šokolādes krēmiem.

ŠOKOLĀDES, LAZDU RIEKSTU KRĒMS

Laiks kopā: 25 min

Sastāvdaļas

225 gr lazdu riekstus
1/3 krūzi kakao pulveri
1/2 krūzi pūdercukuru*
2 ēd.k. kokosriekstu eļļu (izkausētu)
1 tēj.k. vaniļas ekstraktu
1/8 tēj.k. sāli

Pagatavošana

  1. Uzkarsē cepeškrāsni 190°C karstumā un apcep lazdu riekstus ar visu mizu. Cep aptuveni 15 min, līdz riekstu mizas kļūst tumšākas un tās sāk plaisāt;
  2. Pēc cepšanas, riekstiem ļauj 1-2 min padzist, lai tos varētu noturēt rokā;
  3. Riekstus uzber uz tīra dvieļa. Ar vienu roku dvieli saņem kā “maisiņu”, ar otru roku to mīca/berzē, lai rieksti berzētos savā starpā. Pārliecinies, ka lielākā daļa no riekstu mizām ir nonākušas nost (bet neesi pedantisks un nepārpūlies ar riekstu pilnīgu atmizošanu);
  4. Riekstus izlasa no dvieļa, tos ievieto virtuves kombainā un maļ aptuveni 4-5 min, līdz tie iegūst riekstu sviesta konsistenci;
  5. Ar silikona lāpstiņu vai karoti, samaisi trauka saturu, pārliecinoties, ka gar trauka malām nav pielipuši nesamalušies rieksti. Pievieno kakao pulveri, cukuru un maļ aptuveni 30sek – 1min;
  6. Pievieno eļļu, vaniļas ekstraktu un sāli un atkal samaļ (~10 sek);
  7. Krēmu pilda gaisa necaurlaidīgā traukā/burkā. To ievieto ledusskapī vai saldētavā, lai tas sastingtu.

Piezīmes

Krēmu var ēst arī uzreiz pēc samalšanas, bet tad tas būs ļoti šķidrā konsistencē.

Krēms uzgalbājas ledusskapī/saldētavā ilgu laiku (ja vien esi to paslēpis ļoti dziļi).

Parastā pūdercukura vietā var izmantot brūno cukuru – to samaļot kafijas dzirnaviņās, lai tas iegūtu pūdercukura konsistenci. Eksperimentējot, šādi krēms ir sanācis biezāks, stingrāks.

Did you knew that cheese crackers have magic power Did you knew that cheese crackers have magic powers?! Oh, you would be surprised! They can disappear without any notice! At least mine did! I put them in a safe spot, to have a photoshoot later for a recipe, and 3 days later, when I was ready to shoot, they were gone! Just like that! That is magic, right?! Or do I blame my dad, who asked me later - do you still have these damn tasty crackers?! 😅🙈 Yes, I had to make new batch, for this pic! 🤷‍♂️ That's the real struggle for a food blogger! Haha!
